Yesterday we attended a Stakeholder Engagement Meeting organized by Taraji Learning Hub in collaboration with Emerging Leaders (EL).

The meeting brought together partners and stakeholders to share ideas on strengthening collaboration and exploring ways we can collectively support community learning, youth development, and mental wellness initiatives.

Together, we are building stronger partnerships that empower communities and create opportunities for growth and impact.

International Women’s Day 2026 🌍✨

This week we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women across the world. International Women’s Day is not only a day to honor the incredible contributions women make in our homes, workplaces, and communities, but also a reminder that the journey toward equality, opportunity, and empowerment continues.

Women have shaped history, broken barriers, and inspired generations through leadership, innovation, compassion, and courage. From entrepreneurs and leaders to mothers, educators, and change-makers, every woman plays a vital role in building stronger communities and a better future.

Menstrual hygiene remains a major barrier to education for many adolescent girls.
There is an urgent need to strengthen Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) education—especially around menstrual health and support for teenagers.

When girls are informed, supported, and empowered, they can stay in school, perform better academically, and confidently shape their futures.

Let’s break the stigma, provide the resources, and champion girls’ education.

Gender-Based Violence,especially FGM remains a serious menace in our community. We reaffirm our commitment, in partnership with like-minded organizations, to fight these harmful practices. Together, we will create a safe and level playing field for adolescent girls and young women to access education and participate fully in economic opportunities.

As we conclude the final day of the 16 Days of Activism, we reaffirm a vital truth: every girl deserves a safe space to learn, grow, and pursue her dreams free from sexual violence, discrimination, and all forms of harm.

Today, we uplift the powerful voices demanding justice, accountability, and protection.
We honor survivors.
We challenge harmful norms.
And we renew our commitment to building SGBV-free communities where women and girls can speak, learn, lead, and thrive without fear.

Violence in any form including sexual harassment, defilement, cyberbullying, stalking, and FGM is a violation of human rights.
Every voice matters. Every life has value.

Let’s continue to raise awareness, report abuse, support survivors to stay in school, and strengthen youth economic empowerment systems that foster independence and self-reliance.
Let’s carry this commitment beyond the 16 Days of Activism and into every day that follows.

Together, we can end Sexual and Gender-Based Violence.

Today,on World AIDS Day, we remember the lives lost, honor the resilience of those living with HIV, and renew our commitment to ending the epidemic. We also celebrate the strength of communities worldwide health workers, activists, and individuals living with HIV who are leading the charge.

This year's theme is"Ending AIDS in youths and adolescents" Progress happens when youths are at the forefront, providing support, fighting stigma, and driving innovation.

✅GET tested.
✅SUPPORT those living with HIV.
✅CHALLENGE stigma and discrimination.

Together, we can work towards a future where AIDS is no longer a public health threat.

As we get closer to 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence (Nov 25 – Dec 10), we raise our voices to say NO to all forms of abuse physical, emotional, sexual, or economic.
