Today, we held an engaging Financial Literacy Session at Kanamai Dispensary, Kilifi South, bringing women together for an interactive learning experience on making informed financial decisions.

The session covered practical topics including budgeting, distinguishing needs from wants, and the importance of saving. Through discussions and interactive activities, participants shared experiences, learned from one another, and explored simple ways to better manage their finances.

Financial literacy is more than numbers it’s about building confidence, making informed choices, and creating a more secure future for ourselves and our families.

Together, we are building stronger, financially empowered communities.

Leadership is not just about having a title it’s about how you influence, communicate, listen and work with others.

Today’s session at Mama Christa foundation Kenya focused on Leadership and Effective Communication, giving young people an opportunity to discover what makes a good leader and how effective communication can build stronger teams.

Through fun, interactive activities including the tower-building challenge the participants experienced firsthand the importance of teamwork, clear communication, creativity, listening and leadership.

We learned that sometimes, how we communicate matters just as much as what we communicate.

Here’s to raising a generation of confident, responsible and effective young leaders!

Yeeey! Our Holiday Mentorship is here!

Today at Mama Christa foundation Kenya , our MCF children had an exciting and engaging session on Digital Safety and Responsible Social Media Use.

During the session, we explored how to stay safe online, protect personal information, make responsible choices on social media, recognize online risks, and understand the importance of being kind and respectful in digital spaces.

Through fun activities, discussions, and sharing, our children learned that being smart online is just as important as being smart offline.

We are excited to make this holiday a season of learning, fun, creativity, and meaningful connections for our MCF children!

Imagine a world where every young person has the confidence to speak up, the courage to lead, and the opportunity to turn their ideas into positive change.

Today, at the Mama Christa foundation Kenya Hall, we celebrated International Youth Day 2026 with young people from Mwavistwa Village, Mtwapa, through an engaging session on leadership and effective communication.

From teamwork and creative activities to discussions on what makes a great leader, the session gave young people space to discover that leadership is not only about having a title it is about influence, responsibility, communication, confidence and service.

As we celebrate International Youth Day, we believe in creating a world where young people are not waiting for their turn to lead. They are equipped, empowered and given the space to lead today.
