At Ushirika school, Performing arts turns imagination into something everyone can see. Onstage, we don’t pretend to be brave—we learn to become it. We appreciate that every performance is a story shared, a connection made, a spark lit. We know that the stage is a place where courage and creativity shake hands. While performing arts teach our children how to listen, how to express, and how to understand each other, We have also learnt that a performance lasts minutes, but its impact can last a lifetime and we are alive to the fact that Art speaks when words alone cannot. At Ushirika school performing arts, mistakes become discoveries, and practice becomes magic.
