🌟 Successful Glow and Grow Menstrual Health Program at Kapsoit Secondary School! 🌟

On Saturday, 30th May 2026, the Rotary Club of Kericho held a impactful session at Kapsoit Secondary School under our Glow and Grow Menstrual Health Program.

The day was filled with learning, empowerment, and hope as we worked towards creating a Period Friendly World.

Highlights of the Day:

- Girls received mentorship on menstrual health management, hygiene, and self-confidence.
- Every girl was proudly handed **reusable sanitary pads** to support them throughout their periods.
- Boys had a special mentorship session on career choices, personal hygiene, and how to support their sisters and female friends — breaking stigma and building understanding. This session was ably led by our President, Rtn. Simon Kuria.

We believe that when both girls and boys are empowered with the right knowledge, entire communities thrive.

A big thank you to the students, teachers, and parents who participated. Together, we are making a real difference!
