HERA Foundation began its story as MUWA in February
2011. MUWA. This was to fill the gap left by most organizations. which
target bright but needy students.

The foundation was
registered as a non-profit in Dallas, Texas and has supported
over 20 beneficiaries in Kenya with high school
scholarships and mentorship. which means 'Seed of Hope: was founded
when two Kenyan friends Cone living in the US and the
other one living in Kenya) came up with the idea of
providing high school scholarships and mentorship to
students with average academic perfor

mance. The foundation was
registered as a non-profit in Dallas. Texas. and supported
over 20 beneficiaries in Kenya with high school
scholarships and mentorship.

Our mission is to change the lives of underprivileged and average students by providing scholarships and mentorship programs.
