With support from siasaplace organisation,today we successfully held a community dialogue addressing concerns of the people of kamashia community regarding stall toilet project. The community admin was at front line to highlight the gaps at the facility with nurse incharge and we formed a 5 member community team to help do followup till we have the project completed and functional.

Today we held a community dialogue with residents of Kamashia in lusheya lubinu ward addressing the issue of lack of functional toilets and the stall toilet project. With area subchief,community admin and nurse incharge attending,We all resolved to write a letter on the same to the ward administrator and a copy to area MCA seeking reasons for delay and update on completion.

This is Kamashia health center in lusheya lubinu ward which has been lacking toilets. patients and staff are forced to use the neighbouring school toilets. This is not justice to the community. On Wednesday 8th
2026 ,we are planning to have a community dialogue at 10 AM on this and find why the toilet project was started by area MCA and has stalled for nearly 3 years and how this can be rectified to have functional toilets.
