Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we have been able to build a large chicken coop and welcome 250 birds to our project. This is an exciting step forward and an important investment in the long-term sustainability of our community programmes.

While the chickens may be small, their impact is significant. The fresh eggs support children’s nutrition by providing a valuable source of protein, while egg sales generate income that is reinvested into community-led programmes. In this way, the project contributes not only to healthy diets but also to greater sustainability and local economic opportunities. We’re overjoyed to share this special milestone with you. Thanks to , who worked tirelessly to raise funds, we can now provide the children in our project in Kenya with balanced and nutritious meals for the next couple of weeks every day.

We have some really heart warming news to share with you all!

We are so happy to officially welcome Mago West Hospital and St. Pius X Musoli Health Centre as our new partners. For us, this is a wonderful opportunity to grow our network and, most importantly, to give our amazing health volunteers a platform to learn, share, and grow together with local experts.

This partnership is all about the power of exchanging knowledge. Our volunteers get the unique chance to experience firsthand how healthcare works in a different cultural context. Seeing how things are done in Kenya, facing new challenges and learning from the incredible local teams who work with so much heart and ingenuity. It’s a truly eye opening journey where we don’t just go to help, but also to listen and learn from one another.

We believe that seeing these different perspectives makes us all better at what we do. By bringing together the professional expertise of both Mago West Hospital and St. Pius X Musoli Centre with our shared mission, we can work hand-in-hand toward a healthier future for the communities we serve.

Breaking the Silence
It is a heartbreaking truth. In the area surrounding our project, children with disabilities. Including those suffering from cerebral palsy, are often kept away from society. They spend their days in isolation, frequently in dark backrooms, cut off from fresh air, playmates and any form of therapy.

Knowledge is scarce, and the fear of stigmatization is great. Medical care or physiotherapy are unreachable dreams for many families. It is a fate of silence and invisibility.

A First Step Toward Change
But we refuse to look away. Thanks to the dedication of volunteers like , something has changed for Teddy. A simple wheelchair is his key to a step in the right direction. He is now allowed to see the world outside his four walls and be a part of our community.

Our Vision for the Future
We know that there is still a long way ahead of us. We are currently constructing a building that will serve many purposes. But a piece of our heart is our vision to create a space for therapies there. It is a small but important step toward providing children with a protected place for physiotherapy and development in the future. We want to create a room where they are no longer invisible, but receive the support they deserve.

It is worth it to break down barriers. We want to lead by example regarding inclusion and give families courage. Every child has the right to be a child. They want to play, discover, and belong.

🤎 FOUR HEARTS FOR JEVIVO 🤎
Some moments at our project leave us completely speechless. Today, we want to celebrate four incredible volunteers: Elias, Jaro, Cyrill, and Philipp. Who didn’t just lend a hand, but left footprints that will stay with us forever.

The impact these four have had is nothing short of legendary. Their energy and dedication knew no bounds:
•🧱 Hands on action: From traditional brick making to deep diving into community work.
•🧺 Craftsmanship: They learned basket weaving and even built brand new swings for our daycare kids. The laughter on the playground is their soundtrack!
•🌱 Planting the Future: They planted countless trees, fruits, and vegetables, laying the foundation for a greener tomorrow.
•🚐 Memories: Between all the hard work, they shared unforgettable trips and adventures across the project grounds with our kids.

A Special Note on Elias 🌟
We have to highlight something truly extraordinary. Elias went above and beyond any expectations. To support our mission, he personally purchased the neighboring plot of land to expand our Agriculture & Agroforestry initiatives!

Boys, you are absolute legends! Thank you for becoming part of the Jevivo family. You’ve proven that with hard work and a big heart, you really can change the world.

✨ Another beautiful chapter in our mission! ✨

Yesterday was truly special in Brazil 💛
Thanks to the dedication of amazing volunteers, we hosted a charity lunch that brought together more than 75 people. All united by a greater purpose: Making a difference.

More than just fundraising, it was a day filled with connection, kindness, and hope. Every gesture, every smile, and every contribution filled our hearts with love and gratitude.

The impact of this collective effort:
We raised R$3,954.00 or KES 97’263.00, which will provide 12 days of meals for the 35 children supported by ONG JeViVo 🍽️💖

And we had a delicious partnership that made it even more special! 🍦
A huge thank you to for the generous donation of 120 handcrafted ice creams, which were a big hit during the event!

This week, we experienced a very special community lunch organized by Faire Welt Greifensee. It was wonderful to see young and old coming together at one table to enjoy delicious sponsored „Wähen“ (traditional Swiss tarts).

The best part: All proceeds go directly to our project, JeViVo. A huge thank you to the team at Faire Welt for the great organization and to all the guests who supported our work with their visit.
