It is with grave outrage and deep concern that we note the skyrocketing population of stray dogs and other animals across the major towns of Embu.

Even more alarming is the fact that this crisis has already led to vicious dog bites and serious injuries to both adults and children—a situation that is TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE.

Let this be very clear to the county government and all relevant agencies: matters of this severity are *NON NEGOTIABLE.*

We don't need reasons, excuses, consultations, meetings, deliberations— *WE WANT THIS SOLVED IMMEDIATELY.*

As EBOA and as business people, we demand visible, tangible action—starting now. Not on a timeline. Immediate action.

I also call on all of us to remain exceptionally vigilant, especially with our children, as schools close and the holiday period begins.
