Join us for a transformative day dedicated to skin health, awareness, and empowerment

• Dermatological screening for individuals living with vitiligo
• Free general medical screening
• On-site assessments and consultations to improve access to care and support

May is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

No matter your age, life can feel overwhelming sometimes.
For the student trying to keep up, the parent carrying silent pressure, the young adult figuring life out, or the older generation holding years of unspoken emotions, mental health affects all of us.

Some days, we smile while struggling quietly. Some days we feel exhausted and don’t know how to explain it. And sometimes, all we need is someone to ask, “Are you really okay?”

This month is a reminder that it’s okay to slow down, to rest, to talk, to seek support, and to choose yourself too. Healing is not weakness, and asking for help should never feel shameful.

Be gentle with yourself and with others. Everyone is fighting battles we may never see. 💚

Remember this truth from God’s Word:
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

You don’t have to carry it alone.
