🌍 Circular Solutions, Green Futures – Thank You! 🌍
On 30 July 2026, the Danida Alumni Network Kenya (DANKE) hosted the Circular Economy Training Series (CETS) Workshop & Circular Innovation Awards at Britam Towers, Nairobi.
The event brought together more than 60 participants, including youth and women innovators, entrepreneurs, policymakers and industry leaders, for a day of insightful panel discussions, an innovation pitch session, an exhibition showcase and meaningful networking.
Through three dynamic panels, we explored:
✅ Green Skills & Circular Economy Careers for Youth & Women
✅ Circular Economy Opportunities in Kenya's Rural, Urban & Coastal Counties
✅ Public-Private Partnerships for Green Transition
It was an honor to have the Royal Danish Embassy Denmark in Kenya represented by Erick Ogallo, whose presence and remarks underscored Denmark's continued commitment to advancing the green transition and circular economy agenda in Kenya.
We also celebrated outstanding innovators through the Circular Innovation Awards, recognizing those turning waste into wealth and driving sustainable solutions in their communities.
