UPDATE ON MESHACK’S CASE
Many of you may recall the story of Meshack, whose situation touched many hearts within our community.
Today, Meshack was successfully taken for a medical assessment at Kakamega County General Hospital, where he was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and delayed developmental milestones.
We sincerely appreciate the Orthopaedic and Trauma Department of the hospital for professionally conducting the assessment and diagnosis, and for accepting to immediately enroll Meshack into therapy and rehabilitative care beginning today.
Further, we are pleased to inform you that Meshack will this afternoon be admitted into a safe home where he will receive close care, protection, and continued support.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to:
- Ray from the Khwisero Children’s Office
- CHP Mike from Emupaka Sublocation
- Mr. David Ashwa of KEEF
for their support, coordination, and commitment towards ensuring Meshack receives the care and intervention he urgently needs.
Thank you all for continuously standing with vulnerable children and families through compassion, partnership, and action.
