Smart culture was privileged to attend the long awaited launch of the Busia law courts alternative justice system registries.

Theme- Enhancing Access to justice and promoting the multi ple doors to justice.

The guests were welcomed by hon.Edna Nyaloti-chief magistrate,Busia law courts the presence guest were Business county government lead by Deputy governor,Arthur Odera,county commissioner Busia mr.stephen Orinde,Hon.presiding judge,justice mohochi,presiding judge Busia law high court, Hon.justice Erick Ogola the principal judge High court of Kenya,Hon.justice(Prof)Joel M.Ngugi,JA,judge of the court of Appeal of Kenya and chair,chair , National steering committee on implementation of alternative justice system.
