3人が馬堀デビュー🏝️ﾖｳｺｿ✨
そして1人が愉快なボランティアデビューでした☺️ﾖｳｺｿ✨

parkrunはボランティアによって運営されており、一緒にこのイベントを盛り上げてくれる仲間を募集しています😊

時間がある時だけの参加でOKです🙆‍♂️🙆‍♀️✨

今回は37人のウォーカー・ランナーと14人の愉快なボランティアが集まりました💃
7人が馬堀デビュー🏝️ﾖｳｺｿ✨

そして今回は、ランナー1人とボランティア1人が、それぞれ200回目の参加を迎えました㊗️🎉

お二人とも、初回開催前の準備段階から馬堀海岸遊歩道parkrunを支え続けてくださっている大切な仲間たちです🏝️✨

参加者みんなで200回達成をお祝いし、とても温かい土曜の朝となりました😊

This week, 37 walkers and runners joined us, supported by 14 wonderful volunteers 💃

Seven participants made their Mabori debut 🏝️ Welcome! ✨

This week was also a special milestone, with one runner and one volunteer each celebrating their 200th parkrun! ㊗️🎉

Both of them have been supporting Maborikaiganyuhodo parkrun since the preparation stage before our very first event, and they are truly valued members of our wonderful community. 🏝️✨

We all came together to celebrate their amazing achievement, making it a warm and memorable Saturday morning for everyone. 😊

明日の朝は、**危険な暑さ（WBGT31以上）**が予測されています☀️

参加される皆さんやボランティアの安全を第一に考え、残念ではありますが、明日の馬堀海岸遊歩道parkrunは中止といたします。

毎日厳しい暑さが続いています🥵
皆さんも無理をせず、こまめな水分補給や休憩を心がけ、元気に夏を乗り切りましょう🌴

また次回、皆さんにお会いできることを楽しみにしています🏝️

Event Cancellation Notice | 25 July 2026

Tomorrow morning, dangerous heat conditions (WBGT of 31 or above) are forecast. ☀️

With the safety of our participants and volunteers as our highest priority, we have unfortunately decided to cancel this week’s Maborikaiganyuhodo parkrun.

The hot weather has been relentless, so please take care of yourselves by staying well hydrated, taking regular breaks, and avoiding overexertion. 🥵💧

We look forward to seeing you all again next time! 🏝️
