The second half will feature professional racing driver and drift competitor Nanami Tsukamoto.
She will speak candidly about building her career in a male-dominated industry, the challenges of securing sponsorship, and her experience establishing JKB, an all-female racing team.

As regional communities face increasing challenges in maintaining public transportation, how should we redesign the way people move?
Through topics including software-defined vehicles, MaaS, ride-sharing, urban operating systems, Web3, and DePIN, this session will explore how mobility data can be used and implemented in society.
Who should own the data generated by vehicles and transportation systems? Can we build new mobility networks shaped collectively by citizens, local governments, and businesses?
From Yokohama, we will examine the possibilities for next-generation cities and mobility from a global perspective.

【AI・Well-being・事業承継から、横浜の未来を考えた一夜】
先週の𝐘𝐎𝐊𝐎𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐀 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍É𝐂𝐓 #𝟒𝟐 では、AIの社会実装、女性の健康と働き方、事業承継など、多彩なテーマを通して、新たな挑戦や価値創造のヒントが共有されました。会場には学生、起業家、企業・自治体関係者、海外からの参加者が集まり、活発な対話に包まれました。

「GLOBAL INNOVATION NIGHT in YOKOHAMA Vol.7」では、AIを重工業や日常業務へ導入する際に、サービスデザインが果たす役割について議論されました。技術を導入するだけでなく、実際に利用する人の課題や行動を理解し、現場で活用される仕組みをどのようにつくるかについて、実践的な視点が共有されました。
「AI時代の女性のWell-being ― 横浜から考える、健康・働き方・つながり ―」では、女性の健康や働き方について、多角的な視点から対話が展開されました。制度やテクノロジーによる支援に加え、人と人とが支え合えるコミュニティの重要性についても語られ、「制度だけでは人を救うことはできず、人を支えるのは人である」という言葉が、多くの参加者の共感を呼びました。
「アトツギベンチャー未来像〜地域から日本、そして世界を変革するチャレンジャーに迫る〜」では、事業承継の現場で得られた実践知や、挑戦の裏側にあるリアルな経験が共有されました。先代が築いてきた価値をどこまで守り、どこから時代に合わせて変えていくのか。伝統を受け継ぎながら、新たな事業や価値を生み出すための葛藤と可能性について、理解が深まる時間となりました。

そのほかにも、菌糸や海藻を活用したサステナブル素材の展示・制作体験が行われ、参加者が実際に素材に触れながら、循環型のものづくりについて学びました。

ネットワーキングでは、セッション終了後も登壇者と参加者が自然に交わり、日英を交えた意見交換が各所で続きました。立場や国籍を越えて新たなつながりが生まれる、YOKOHAMA CONNÉCTらしい温かな一夜となりました。

Last week’s 𝐘𝐎𝐊𝐎𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐀 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍É𝐂𝐓 #𝟒𝟐 brought together students, entrepreneurs, corporate and government representatives, and international participants for lively discussions on AI implementation, women’s health and work, and business succession.

“GLOBAL INNOVATION NIGHT in YOKOHAMA Vol.7” explored how service design can help integrate AI into heavy industry and everyday operations by focusing on users’ real needs and behaviors.
“Women’s Well-being in the Age of AI” examined women’s health and working lives from multiple perspectives, highlighting the importance of supportive communities alongside systems and technology. The message that “people, not systems alone, support people” strongly resonated with participants.
“Future Visions for Successor Ventures” shared practical insights into balancing inherited traditions with necessary change and creating new value.

The evening also featured hands-on experiences with mycelium and seaweed-based materials, followed by warm, bilingual networking across industries, generations, and nationalities.
