Work should be part of life, not all of it.

Long hours, constant pressure, and little time for yourself can gradually lead to emotional exhaustion, emptiness, and a loss of purpose.

That is why it is so important to pause and ask yourself:
✨ What is my purpose here?
✨ Am I living a balanced life?
✨ Do I feel like I belong?
✨ Am I hopeful about my goals?
✨ Do I have a good quality of life?

Redefining your goals does not mean giving up on your responsibilities.
It means recognizing that you are a person, not a productivity machine.

Work is only a fraction of your true potential.

If you have been feeling emotionally overwhelmed, remember that you do not have to go through it alone.

Japanese supermarkets have a few tricks that can help you spend less,you just need to know what to look for. 👀

① Look for discount stickers 🏷️
Look for:
10% OFF → 20% OFF → 30% OFF → 半額 (50% OFF)

The exact timing varies by store, but discounts often increase as closing time gets closer.

② Get the supermarket’s point card! 🎯

Many supermarket chains have their own point cards or apps so you can accumulate points from and use them later for discounts or purchases. Some stores also offer coupons or special deals through their apps.

③ Check the weekly specials 📅

Before you shop, check the supermarket’s チラシ (chirashi) or app.

You may find weekly sales, special prices and coupons — and planning your shopping around them can make a difference.

Don’t forget to apply by September 7 at 5:00 PM! ⏰

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you’re taking the JLPT in Japan, you need a valid Residence Card (在留カード) and must provide your Residence Card number and expiration date when applying.

📅 Test date: December 6, 2026
⏰ Application deadline: September 7, 5:00 PM

And don’t wait until the last minute! Test centers may reach capacity before the application deadline.
