“Learning Session on Preparation for Childbirth and Labor Pains”

Once a month online, you can ask midwives and nursery staff through a friendly interpreter what information you need for pregnancy, birth and postpartum in Japan, and exchange information with other mothers.

You can also learn useful Japanese for child-rearing.

7月12日（日）10:00-12:00、秋田市中央市民サービスセンターで「やさしい日本語と外国語で学ぶ幼児の食事Q＆A」を開催します。

よくある皆さんのお悩み・ご質問に栄養士/幼児食アドバイザーがお答えします。
1歳～3歳頃までのお子さんがいるかたが対象です。お父さんも一緒にどうぞ！
託児は同じお部屋の中で行います。
日本語以外の通訳をご希望の方は早めにお申し込みください。
通訳が手配できる言語であれば、言語数の制限はありません。

“Toddler Meals Q&A in Easy Japanese and Foreign Languages” will be held on July 12, Sunday.
The instructor (certified as a dietitian/Nutrition Adviser for Toddler) will answer your questions and give you some advice.
This class is for families with a child age of 1 to 3 years old. Fathers are more than welcome to join!
Childcare service during the lecture is free of charge.

ليابانيات الأجنبيات اللواتي يخططن للولادة في اليابان قد يشعرن بأن الاستعداد لدخول المستشفى واستقبال المولود الجديد مهمة كبيرة. وقد تشعرين أيضًا بالقلق بشأن آلام المخاض.

لنتعلم معًا مع القابلة كيفية الاستعداد لدخول المستشفى، وتحضير مستلزمات الطفل، وطرق التعامل مع آلام المخاض، حتى تتمكني من استقبال ولادتك براحة وطمأنينة.

يمكنكِ أيضًا طرح الأسئلة حول مخاوفكِ أو حالتكِ الجسدية.
