Maybe. 🤔

But can everybody type quickly, accurately, and professionally?

In today's digital world, communication, documentation, customer service, content creation, and administration happen online every day.

That means the ability to work confidently with a keyboard can be a useful foundation for many digital skills.

And here's the bigger lesson 👇🏿

Don't despise small skills.

You don't always know where a skill will lead you.

Typing can lead you to learning word processing.

Word processing can lead to virtual assistance.

Virtual assistance can lead to administration or customer support.

Customer support can lead to sales or digital business.

One skill can lead to another.

So if someone offers you the opportunity to learn a practical digital skill, don't say, “that’s too basic for me.” 😂

Learn it.

Master it.

Then build on it.

Your next opportunity may begin with a skill you almost ignored.

You Already Know How to Show Up 🤗

You wake up.

You get ready.

You go to work.

You shop for groceries.

You take care of your family.

You run errands.

You keep going, even when you're tired.

So maybe the question isn't, “Do I have time to build something online?”

Maybe the question is, “Can I make intentional use of some of the time I already have?”

You don't need to be online 24/7.

You can start with small, consistent steps.

30 minutes of learning.

An hour creating content.

Time spent understanding your audience.

Time spent developing a skill.

Time spent building relationships.

Don't underestimate what consistent effort can produce over time.

If you can show up for your job, your family, and your daily responsibilities, you can also learn to show up for your financial goals.

Start where you are

Use what you have.

Build consistently.
