On December 28, 2025, Uyghur human rights leader Rabia Kadeer met with South Mongolia Congress President Shovchuud Temtselt in Fairfax, Virginia.
The meeting addressed the ongoing human rights crises facing the Uyghur and Southern Mongolian peoples and emphasized the importance of strengthening international cooperation, advocacy, and diplomatic engagement to confront systemic repression and forced assimilation.

1933年11月12日建国した東トルキスタンイスラム共和国と1944年11月12日復國した東トルキスタン共和国の建国記念日を心より祝賀致します。
今東トルキスタンは中国🇨🇳の植民地支配下にあり、ウイグル人を中心とする東トルキスタン国民は中国のジェノサイドを受け、悲惨な時期を過ごしています。
我々東トルキスタン国民は、中国の植民地支配を倒し、もう一度の復國を実現する為に、熾烈な戦いを続けています。

We heartily celebrate the founding anniversaries of the East Turkistan Islamic Republic, which was founded on November 12, 1933, and the East Turkistan Republic, which was restored on November 12, 1944.
East Turkistan is currently under Chinese colonial rule 🇨🇳, and the people of East Turkistan, primarily the Uyghurs, are suffering a tragic period as they are subjected to Chinese genocide.
We, the people of East Turkistan, are continuing our fierce fight to overthrow Chinese colonial rule and achieve the restoration of our country once again.
