北欧フィンランド在住のアーティスト、アヌ・サーリ 作品展「Jälki / 痕跡 Traces of Finnish Forest Walks」を、5月19日(火)より、ギャラリー・ドゥー・ディマンシュにて開催します

アヌ・サーリは、北欧フィンランドの森での毎日の散歩を通じて、移ろいゆく季節や光、そして、いまここにある瞬間に心を寄せ、多様な生物が息づく自然との調和を図っています。森は、サーリにその痕跡を残し、彼女を本来の姿へと導きます。
本展では、サーリが体験した森の感覚を、モノタイプ、セリグラフ、水墨画、3種の表現方法で捉えた作品を展示販売します。サーリの作品を通して、彼女とともに、フィンランドの森を散歩してみませんか？
会場では、unpeu 遠藤順子さん が、サーリの作品からインスピレーションを得て制作したお菓子も登場します。

Artist Anu Saari’s daily walks in the forest attune her to shifting seasons, light, and moments of presence, softening the boundary between herself and the multispecies world around her. The forest leaves its trace on Saari, returning her to her own nature. The works in this exhibition—monotypes, serigraphs and ink paintings—capture Saari’s felt experience of the forest: how it feels to breathe it in and perceive it with all the senses at once. You are invited to join her for a walk in a Finnish forest.
At the venue, Junco Endo of unpeu will also be presenting sweets she created, inspired by Saari’s work.
