【連載開始！】仁藝の原点｜生活の旅から育まれた人間らしさ（Humanity）の兆し

岩手県陸前高田を拠点に、あらゆる境界を越えて「協働」することから人間らしさを問い直す会社、仁藝（NINGEI）。

その思想の土壌となったのは、代表の岡田が2024年に家族4人で出発した、約6ヶ月におよぶ世界一周の旅。

家族という最小のコミュニティで24時間寝食を共にし、対話を重ねた泥臭いプロセスこそが、のちに仁藝が向き合うことになる「人間性（Humanity）」というテーマの土台に。

【始動】株式会社仁藝の新事業「KYO-SEI（ヒューマノイドとの共生事業）」が、いよいよ動き出しました。

岩手県陸前高田市に、人型ヒューマノイド「Booster K1 edu」を迎えました。名前は、地域の子どもたちがつけてくれた「ぶーちゃん」。

ロボットを便利な道具としてではなく、住民が愛着を持って"一緒に育てていく"暮らしの仲間として地域に迎える——そんな問いを、現場から探りはじめています。

「ドラえもんの魅力は、便利な道具以上に、一緒に暮らす友人的な家族的な存在だったことにある」

人を置き換えるのではなく、人の暮らしや創造性を広げる仲間として。そんなロボットとの関係を、農村の現場から育てていきたいと考えています。

【ご報告】株式会社 仁藝（にんげい）、始動。

「人間性が、失われていっている世界で。」

2025年8月、岩手県陸前高田市を拠点に「株式会社 仁藝（にんげい）」を設立いたしました。

東日本大震災から15年。この町に深く入り込み、対話を重ねる中で見えてきたもの。そして、旅を通じて触れてきた世界の光と影。

資本主義の巨大なシステムや、分断が進む社会の中で、私たちがいつの間にか忘れかけている「人間らしさ」や「想像力」、そして「ユーモア」。

なぜ今、陸前高田から世界へ向けて旗を掲げるのか。「仁藝」は、この場所から何を「再発見」しようとしているのか。

創業にあたり、その決意とビジョンの背景を公式noteに公開いたしました。

「仁藝」が目指すのは、世界中の挑戦者たちと「仲間」になり、共にこの世界を少しだけ funny に変えていくプラットフォームです。

In August 2025, we launched NINGEI Inc. in Rikuzentakata, Iwate — a town that witnessed devastating loss in 2011, but also showed us the resilience of human connection and kindness.

Why did we start a company here? And what are we trying to build?
In a world increasingly worn down by rigid systems and conflict, we believe it is time to rediscover our inherent "humanity," "imagination," and "humor."

NINGEI aims to be a platform where we become friends with challengers across the globe — from Denmark to Fiji and beyond. Together, we want to "play with the world" to make it a little funnier and more alive.
