Carlos Molina, 9th dan master, head of Dento Sh*to Ryu International, visited Dento Sh*to Ryu Hungary over the weekend. After deepening the basics, the participants learned the Aragaki-ha form exercises (Niseishi, Sochin, Unshu) and their applications. The forms of Pinan/Heian katas and hokei kumite were clarified. A total of seven hours of training over two days was not only physically tiring, but also mentally tiring due to the deep theoretical and historical knowledge imparted, but we made it through! 😀😀😀
