目的：普段あまり交わることがない岡山在住外国人、留学生、外国人観光客などと地元の人々が世界中の「うまいもん」や「楽しい事」を介して交流を図り、国際的な「つながり」を通じて岡山や世界がより楽しくなることを目的とする。
Object: Foreign communities in Okayama such as
expats, exchange students and international tourists who do not socialize with locals will meet and build “Connections” with each local foods and attractions. The connections will be expected to make the city and the world more fun place.
内容：世界各国のビール、ワイン 国別飲食ブース（飲食店による出店）、岡山大学留学生によるブース、在岡山外国人団体によるブース、英会話学校によるブース等、岡山大学L-Café、岡山外語学院、トルコ料理 アリババ、総社市ブラジル人団体、倉敷フィリピ―ノサークル、Okayama-AJET and more...
ステージ：グループ別によるステージ（スペイン人によるフラメンコなど各国の歌と踊り）
