𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Coast Guard Civil Relations Service (CGCRS) conducted a one-day Basic First Aid on Common Life-Threatening Interventions on 20 August 2026 at the BSP Conference Room, 6th Floor, BSP Building, Ermita, Manila.

The activity was attended by Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary (PCGA) and CGCRS personnel, aimed at enhancing their knowledge and skills in providing immediate and appropriate first aid during emergency situations. Proudly, the 112th was officially represented in this training by AUX ENS JOASH SALVADOR PCGA, who successfully completed the course and received his Certificate of Completion.

The training was facilitated by “Ang Tagapagligtas,” a non-government organization composed of rescue volunteers headed by Rear Admiral Inocencio C Rosario PCG (Ret).

The activity forms part of the CGCRS' continuing efforts to strengthen the emergency preparedness and lifesaving capabilities of its personnel and PCGA partners.

Congratulations to all participants, especially to our 112th representative! Always ready to serve and save lives. 🇵🇭⚓️

Today's Turnover, Tomorrow's Foundation. ⚓🇵🇭

On 12 August 2026, the Philippine Coast Guard 112th Auxiliary Squadron, led by AUX CAPT DESIREE SALVADOR PCGA, successfully turned over 20 bags of tiles adhesive to the new Coast Guard Station Laguna in Sta. Cruz, Laguna. A small but important contribution to completing this important facility.

Beyond the turnover, we also conducted a site inspection to assess ongoing construction and identify needs for future support on additional construction materials. This is not just a one-time donation; it is our commitment to standing with our Coast Guard personnel from groundbreaking to full completion.

Together, we build more than structures—we build a stronger, safer Coastguardians. 🇵🇭

On August 09, 2026, the 112th Auxiliary Squadron (CGADNCR-CL) successfully conducted our Brigada Eskwela and Outreach Program at the CGSS Cavinti.

Under the leadership of our Squadron Director, AUX CAPT DESIREE SALVADOR PCGA, we came together to serve 115 children from Inao Awan Elem School. We were warmly hosted at the school’s covered court, where we distributed school supplies, vitamins, and books to help our young scholars prepare for the upcoming school year.

But we didn’t stop at school supplies! We also served warm Pancit, bowls of Sopas, refreshing juice, and Bread to make sure the children left with full stomachs and happy hearts. The laughter and smiles we witnessed reminded us why we serve.

To all volunteers, sponsors, and parents who entrusted their children to us, we are deeply grateful.

This is the spirit of Kapit-Bisig. Together, we work hand in hand for a cleaner and safer coast, and more importantly, for a brighter future for our youth. 🇵🇭💙

𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒚 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒔. 𝑾𝒆 𝑮𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒓 𝑾𝒆𝒍𝒍-𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈. 💙🇵🇭

Behind every operational mission is a space that must feel like home—a place where our guardians can rest, recharge, and regroup. This is exactly what we set out to achieve for Coast Guard Sub Station Paranaque.

On July 07 and July 24, 2026, the 112th Aux Squadron PCGA, headed by 𝐀𝐔𝐗 𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓 𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐀𝐃𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐂𝐆𝐀, officially turned over much-needed supplies and services to 𝐄𝐍𝐒 𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐀𝐑𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐄 𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐈 𝐏𝐂𝐆, Acting Commander of CGSS Paranaque, and his dedicated team.

This two-part initiative began with a comprehensive electrical line inspection on July 07 to ensure a safe, hazard-free environment for our uniformed heroes. It culminated on July 24 with the formal turnover of essential goods to further uplift their daily operations.

The donations turned over were:

1 Panasonic 1HP Aircon – to provide respite from the sweltering heat and create a cool, productive workspace where they can focus on their important duties.

1 Condura Two-Door Refrigerator – to preserve their food, keep their energy up during long, demanding shifts, and ensure they always have fresh meals ready after hours of service.

Electrical Line Checking (completed on July 07) – to safeguard their station against electrical hazards and give them peace of mind knowing their facility is secure from the inside out.

This initiative is more than just a turnover—it is our heartfelt way of saying that while they watch over the waters, we watch over their comfort, safety, and strength. A cool room, fresh meals, and safe wiring may seem like simple comforts, but for our modern-day heroes, these are the pillars that sustain their spirit and resilience.

Together, the PCGA and PCG stand united—not just in duty, but in genuine care and unwavering support.
