◆外国人技能実習制度は、国際貢献を目的とした、国の制度です。◆

　開発途上国等には、経済発展・産業振興の担い手となる人材の育成を行うために、先進国の進んだ技能・技術・知識を修得させようとするニーズがあります。我が国では、このニーズに応えるため、諸外国の青壮年労働者を一定期間産業界に受け入れて、産業上の技能等を修得してもらう「外国人技能実習制度」という仕組みがあります。
　この制度は、技能実習生へ技能等の移転を図り、その国の経済発展を担う人材育成を目的としたもので、我が国の国際協力・国際貢献の重要な一翼を担っています。

　一般的に、受入れ可能業種の企業様は、協同組合等の第一次受入れ機関（弊組合）を通じて「団体監理型」として技能実習生を受け入れることができます。
