pickleball sunday 🎾

most people today were picking up a paddle for the very first time. a few games in, everyone was laughing, rallying, and figuring it out. and the more experienced players spent half the afternoon cheering everyone on, which might have been my favourite part ❤️

tesc turns two next week 🎂
the first visit matters. but after two years of hosting, it’s the people coming back that i keep thinking about. a familiar face, a conversation picked up where it left off, someone waving you over when you arrive.

thank you for making this a place people can return to.

we’re celebrating next week with a dinner, a picnic and a walk. come to whichever feels right. come alone, most people do.

summer is somehow finally over
