Earth Company supports Impact Heroes.

This earth belongs to future generations, and we are merely borrowing it from our children and grand-children. However, the myopic, consumption-oriented economic development in the 20th century has had a catastrophic effect on our world’s environment, society, and people. Our mission is to secure a brighter future for our world and future generations, by sup

porting these change-makers, who are fighting social and environmental issues in the developing nations of the Asia-Pacific.

In many communities, care goes beyond a single role.

On a remote island in the Solomon Islands, access to healthcare, education, and basic services remains limited. Yet, leaders like Hendrick Kaniki continue to show what community-led change can look like.

Through the Sirubai Voko Tribe Association, Hendrick works alongside his community to strengthen wellbeing, conservation efforts, and local development.

Rooted in values of compassion and service, his work reminds us that building a regenerative future often begins with caring for the people closest to us.

Watcharapon ’Sia’ Kukaewkasem grew up witnessing domestic violence in silence. As a child from the Akha ethnic group born to migrant parents in rural Thailand, she saw her mother abused in public, yet no one stepped in to help.

That experience shaped her life.

Today, Sia is an Akha leader providing safety and support to migrant women and children affected by domestic violence along the Thai border. Through her organization, Freedom Restoration Project, she helps survivors find their voice, break the cycle of violence, and rebuild their lives.

She could not save her mother. But today, she is helping hundreds of women find safety and hope.
