【New Release Announcement】

Kyoto Arts and Culture Exchange Chamber (KACE) is pleased to announce the upcoming digital release of
“ECHOES OF COLORS,” a solo piano album by Vice Director Seiya Matsush*ta, on April 24, 2026.

This album is a collection of entirely original ballad compositions inspired by traditional Japanese colors.
Each piece explores the unique atmosphere, stillness, and resonance associated with colors such as purple, matcha green, asagi blue, turmeric yellow, navy, fresh green, and amber.

Recorded on August 8, 2025 at Studio Happiness, the album also includes
“Improvisation: Nishijin Meditation (Navy),” a work originally created for a meditation space at Nishijin Mosaic in Kyoto, serving as a central piece of the album.

The cover artwork features haku-baku artisan Masaru Matsui, expressing the sonic world through traditional Japanese craft.

Through this work, we aim to present a new intersection between Japanese color aesthetics and musical expression.

【新作アルバム配信のお知らせ】

一般社団法人 京都文化芸術交流推進機構（KACE）は、
副代表理事・松下聖哉によるソロピアノアルバム
「ECHOES OF COLORS」を、2026年4月24日に配信リリースいたします。

本作は、日本の伝統色をテーマに書き下ろされた、
全曲オリジナルによるバラード作品集です。
紫、抹茶、浅葱色、鬱金色、紺、萌黄、琥珀色といった色彩を題材に、
それぞれが持つ静けさや余韻を、旋律と響きの陰影によって表現しています。

収録は2025年8月8日、Studio Happinessにて実施。
また、京都・西陣 紋彩組（Nishijin Mosaic）の瞑想空間のために制作された
「Improvisation: Nishijin Meditation（紺）」を収録しており、
本アルバムの中核をなす作品として位置づけられています。

ジャケットアートには、引箔工芸作家・松井勝氏を起用し、
音楽と工芸の融合による表現を試みました。

本作を通じて、日本の色彩文化と音楽表現の新たな接点を提示いたします。
