✨ AWLF Online Summit Vol.10 | Event Recap ✨

On May 8, 2026, we hosted the 10th AWLF Online Summit, welcoming Ms. Sangita Adhikari — Chair of the AWLF Nepal Committee and Director of HUMAN RESOURCES Co., Ltd.

A stranger's dismissive words on a cold night in Tokyo. A newborn baby, and a four-in-the-morning train to Nagoya. Food delivered door to door through a pandemic, despite every reason not to go.

Ms. Adhikari's story is not one of grand strategy — it is one of showing up, again and again, with love. And at the heart of everything she shared was one quiet truth:
"If you are in trouble, you can come to me. I will listen."

Participants from Japan, Nepal, Myanmar, the Philippines, and beyond brought their own stories to the room and found, in each other, the kind of resonance that can only happen when people speak from the heart.

It was an evening that felt, unmistakably, like AWLF. 🌏

✨ AWLFオンラインサミット Vol.10｜開催報告 ✨

2026年5月8日（金）、第10回AWLFオンラインサミットを開催しました。
ゲストは、AWLFネパール委員会委員長・HUMAN RESOURCES株式会社取締役サンギタ・アディカリ様。

見知らぬ人からの「邪魔だ」という一言を、日本で生き抜く原動力に変えた夜。生後1ヶ月の赤ちゃんを抱えながら、早朝4時に名古屋へ向かった朝。コロナ禍に200〜300世帯以上のドアを叩き続けた日々。

アディカリさんのリーダーシップは、戦略ではなく、愛から生まれたものでした。90分に込めてくださったのは、ひとつのシンプルな軸でした。
「困ったことがあったら、私のところに来れば話を聞いてくれる。そのイメージを20年かけて積み重ねてきた。」

日本、ネパール、ミャンマー、フィリピン——国境と世代を越えた参加者が、それぞれの現実と希望を持ち寄り、深い対話が生まれました。
まさにAWLFらしい一夜となりました 🌏

✨ AWLF Online Summit Vol.7 | Event Recap ✨

On February 13, 2026, we hosted the 7th AWLF Online Summit featuring Ms. Harasha Bafana, one of Asia’s most influential women’s business accelerators and a powerful advocate for women across the region.

Sharing her theme “Falling Forward”, Ms. Bafana opened the session with honesty, courage, and a deeply moving tribute to her late mother who always supported her.

From her early years in Singapore, to her career in diplomacy, corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and later coaching and branding, she spoke about how pain, setbacks, and unexpected challenges become the very moments that propel us forward.

During the dialogue session, conversations unfolded around motherhood, identity, mentorship, leadership, resilience, and the meaning of giving — creating a warm, reflective, and deeply connected moment that felt truly AWLF.

�今回のゲストは、アジアを代表する女性ビジネスアクセラレーターであり、長年にわたり女性支援の最前線に立ってこられた Harasha Bafana 様。

テーマは「Falling Forward（前へ進むために倒れる）」
�最愛の母への深い敬意とともに、人生の痛み・挫折・喪失がどのように“前に進む力”となってきたかを、真摯に語ってくださいました。
