13 March 2026, Osaka City - Philippine Consul General to Osaka Donna M. Rodriguez received several leaders of the Filipino Community in Kobe, Kurume, and Hiroshima, joined by Ms. Maria Luisa Kondo of One Network Incorporated on 13 March 2026. One Network Incorporated, the owner of the Pistang Pilipino brand, presented to the Consul General the Pistang Pilipino sa Kansai project proposed on 6-7 June in Kobe City. Joining the Consul General during the meeting were project partners of Pistang Pilipino sa Kansai: Mr. Toshi Ueda of One Network Inc., Ms. Myra Isono of One Nation FilCom Kurume, Ms. Emma Linda Sawada of Kansai Kobe Bayanihan OFW, and Mr. Seichi Oshiro of Hiroshima Nippon International Makabayan Eagles Club. One Nation Filcom Kurume Achievements and Activities done on Year 2025.

✅ February 2025
We have conducted a free Seminar/orientation for our fellow Filipinos living in Kurume regarding on Shakai and Kokumin Nenkin, held at Kurumeria Bldg.

✅ April 2025
Assistance in online accounts for our Overseas Filipino Voters Registration on National and Local Election of the Philippines 2025. This was Held at Chita Cafe Kurumeria Bldg.

✅ June 2025
Attended the Pistang Pilipino Osaka
and Dinner with our Honorable Philippine President Ferdinand "B**g B**g" Marcos Jr.

✅ July 2025
We've assisted one of our fellow Filipino resident here in Kurume regarding on Legal Parental Recognition Acknowledgement. (Ninchi)

✅ August 2025
We held a free seminar regarding our Filipino compatriots who are Solo Parents (Seminar) currently living in Kurume City Fukuoka Japan.

✅ September 2025
With the help and support of our Consulate General Osaka We have succeeded in Outreach Passport Renewal Program for our fellow Filipinos who's currently residing in Fukuoka and nearby Prefectures this outreach was held at Kurumeria Bldg.

✅ October 2025
One Nation Filcom Kurume warmly joined the Kokusai Koryo (International Day) at Kurume Plaza. This event we were able to showcase and Performed a Filipino Folk Dance and Interpretative Dance.

We were able to lend an administrative assistance to our one of Filipino Resident regarding on Child/Minor Guidance at Child Consultation Center.

The Pistang Pilipino Fukuoka, this is the biggest event we held for the year 2025.
It showcases Filipino culture, food, music, and traditional performances to promote unity and heritage among overseas Filipinos and locals. The event features cultural dances, food stalls and entertainment.

The Philippine Consulate General in Osaka’s line-up of consular outreach mission activities for the first quarter of 2026 is now complete!

Our consular outreach missions form part of our efforts in bringing consular services closer to Filipinos across the Consulate General’s jurisdiction in Western Japan.
