八坂神社 和那美会 「ぎおん柏崎まつり」発祥の社　八坂神社 京都 八坂神社の流れをくむ、柏崎 八坂神社。その祗園祭と奉納花火が、昭和25年の柏崎市制１０周年記念に柏崎の商工祭と一緒になり、「ぎおん柏崎まつり」が誕生しました。
