African Society of Kyushu University (ASKU) ASKU (African Society of Kyushu University) is an organization that represents Africans enrolled at Kyushu University.

We, the undersigned Africans affiliated to Kyushu University, work together to promote Africa’s image by providing appropriate information and carrying on activities to meet the growing interest of people in Japan to know Africa. To maintain a strong bridge between Japan and Africa, the association undertakes the following activities:
- Organizing social, cultural or informational events;
- Provid

ing advice, publishing or distributing information;
- Co-operating with other functioning bodies on matters of interest.
