高野町富貴地区で唯一の食事処、「味処 白滝」🍲
今回は定番のうどんをいただきました。
ひと口すすれば、出汁の旨みがじんわり広がり、どこか懐かしく心がほっとする味わい。思わず最後の一滴まで飲み干したくなる絶品の一杯でした✨
店内には、旅行好きのご主人が各地で集めた品々や、かつて冨貴地区で行われていた神輿の写真などが飾られ、地域の歴史や思い出が息づいています。
また、カラオケやお酒、一品料理も充実🍺🎤
そして何より印象的だったのが、店主さんのお人柄。
気さくで話好き、とてもユーモアのある面白い方で、初めて訪れてもまるで昔からの知り合いのように温かく迎えてくださいました😊
秋には旬の松茸を使ったうどんや焼物料理も登場🍄

The Only Restaurant in Fuki, Koya Town 🍜✨
We visited Shirataki, the only restaurant in the Fuki district of Koya Town.
This beloved local eatery has been serving the community for many years.
We enjoyed their delicious udon noodles, featuring a rich and comforting broth that made us want to savor every last drop.
Inside, you’ll find travel souvenirs collected by the owner and photographs of the traditional mikoshi festivals once held in Fuki, preserving the memories and history of the area.
The restaurant also offers karaoke, drinks, and a variety of side dishes, making it a popular gathering place for locals.
What impressed us most was the owner himself.
Friendly, humorous, and full of stories, he welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home.
In autumn, visitors can also enjoy seasonal matsutake mushroom dishes, one of the treasures of the mountains around Koya.
More than just a restaurant, Shirataki is a place where you can experience the warmth and hospitality of rural Wakayama. 🍂✨
