This past Saturday, 13 Dec, the Fussa Speakers Toastmasters celebrated 50 years as a Toastmasters Club! Over 30 current and former members were in attendence and the meeting was a pleasure for all. Here's to another 50 years of improving ourselves and our community by honing our speaking skills together.

For five decades, Fussa Speakers Toastmasters Club has been a place where people of diverse backgrounds come together to learn, grow, and support each other.
This December, we celebrate our 50th Anniversary, and everyone — members, former members, and guests — is welcome.

We had an exciting regular meeting on November 17.
By listening to speeches, we are able to learn many things.
Today's speech was titled ‘Zazen and Windsurfing’.
with personal experiences woven in, it was truly fascinating
to listen to.
By participating in this club, not only can we improve our public speaking—the original purpose—
but we can also learn many other things, making each meeting very meaningful.
If you are interested, please feel free to visit us. We welcome everyone.
Our next meeting will be on December 1st at 6:30 p.m.

Our regular meeting on Monday, 1 Sep was lots of fun. An enjoyable Ice-breaker speech from one of our new members and some solid advice about surviving the heat from one of our more experienced members. We also had interesting Table Topics and very timely word(s) of the day: dedicate vs designate. Thanks to everyone who Zoomed in and made it a pleasant experience!! we had an excellent and exciting meeting with speeches about world travel and when the world travels to you. great table topics questions and answers making us all think about visiting other places and trying different foods. we all appreciated the helpful feedback from our peers who are still growing and learning at every meeting. hope to see you at our next gathering on 1 September, 630pm via zoom only due to the US holiday.

This past Monday, 21 July, we enjoyed a regularly scheduled meeting where our speakers shared about how to dael with problems we might encounter and also an introduction to Japanese comedy styles.
