Friendship Festival 2026!

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and showed support at our booth and/or car show!

This year we had pancakes, multiple patches, stickers, and key chains, and we’re grateful for everyone who stopped by, hung out, and supported us throughout the weekend.

The support from the community means a lot, and we appreciate every single one of you.

Organized by the Yokota 5/6, senior leaders across Yokota Air Base came together to mentor 25 NCOs on career development, with a focus on becoming more effective leaders. The session concluded with personalized one-on-one feedback, during which individual military records were reviewed to identify areas for improvement and help shape a clear path forward.

The Yokota 5/6 is hosting a free bowling event and is opening it up to all Yokota NCO's regardless of whether or not they are dues paying members! We have 35 free slots left, if you are interested, please feel free to message us or utilize the 5/6 discord!

On behalf of the Yokota eSports:

Yokota Esports is hosting our biggest tournament for the year. We received 1 of only 5 "platinum tier" funding from Air Force Gaming HQ and they will be visiting us (from San Antonio) to document the whole event!



When: October 4 (Doors open at 1045). Events will run 1200-1700.

Where: E-club

Who: Open to anyone with base access.

Events include: 1v1 Super Smash Bros, Tekken, Street Fighter, Call of Duty 2v2 (Kill race), Mario Kart (adults), Mario Kart (13 & under).

Warhammer 40K, Magic the Gathering (sign-ups needed ahead of time for pools).

Dungeons & Dragons, Board games, retro games, and trading cards will be available as well!

We will have tons prizes and free giveaways!

The Yokota 5/6 and JASDF are competing in a BATTLE OF THE RANKS softball event on Thursday, 10 October! This is a great chance for some fun and team-building with our host nation partners. We need more NCOs to make this event as great as it can be. And don't worry about gloves because we've got you covered!
