As we welcome a new year, Tw1sT looks ahead with excitement, fresh goals, and new possibilities—ready to grow, connect, and create more unforgettable moments together.
Here’s an outline of what lies ahead for Tw1sT, including our key programs, 2026 roadmap, the expansion of the Tw1sT Umbrella, our 2026 goals, and our vision for the future beyond, setting the direction for another year of fun, growth, and meaningful connections.
This year, Tw1sT will be driven by several core programs and activities designed to strengthen engagement and create meaningful experiences:
•Tw1sT Initiative Program (TIP) – The official fundraising program that collects and manages donations to support Tw1sT events and initiatives.
•Tw1sT Assistance Program (TAP) – A member support program that provides direct assistance to members facing legitimate emergencies or urgent needs.
•Tw1sT Online Connect (TOC) – Casual online gaming sessions where members play various games together for fun and friendly interaction.
•Tw1sT Physical Connect (TPC) – In-person meetups where members gather to socialize, bond, and enjoy activities together.
•Tw1sT Year-End Special Matsuri (TYSM) – The annual year-end celebration featuring games, tournaments, and community activities.
Tw1sT’s 2026 roadmap focuses on a steady progression of activities that build engagement throughout the year, strengthen community connections, and culminate in key events and initiatives that reflect Tw1sT’s goals and direction:
•TIP: Runs throughout the year as the main fundraising effort, concluding at the end of November with fund finalization and allocation.
•TAP: Operates year-round to support members in need, using funds allocated from TIP when approved.
•TOC: Held regularly across the year as casual online gaming sessions to keep members active and engaged.
•TPC: Organized at select times of the year as in-person meetups for bonding and shared experiences.
•TYSM: The culminating year-end event that brings all programs together in a major celebration.
The Tw1sT Umbrella highlights our efforts to grow beyond the core group by building affiliated communities, partnerships, and collaborations that share the same values and energy as Tw1sT, allowing us to connect with more people, create new opportunities, and enjoy bigger experiences together.
For 2026, Tw1sT aims to strengthen community engagement, implement TIP and TAP successfully, deliver an exciting TYSM, expand the Tw1sT Umbrella, and keep official channels active to improve communication, visibility, and participation.
Beyond 2026, Tw1sT will focus on fun, connection, and growth, expanding the Tw1sT Umbrella while creating new opportunities and experiences for members.
