■Day2ー⑦ ― 水辺に浮かぶラグジュアリー都市「The Privé(ザ・プリヴェ)」模型見学
ホーチミン市東部の新中心地に建設中の「The Privé」は、まるで“暮らせる5つ星リゾート”。🌴
専用の模型ルームにて、圧倒的スケール感の3Dジオラマを囲みながら、ハンさんによる丁寧なプレゼンが行われました✨ 3方を川に囲まれた希少立地にそびえる高層タワーはまさに“水の都”を思わせ、夜になるとライトアップされた建物が幻想的な都市風景を演出するそうです。
特徴的だったのは、垂直に展開されたアメニティの多彩さ！ 1階〜4階にはセントラルパークやインフィニティプール、上層階にはスカイガーデンや3Dゴルフ、高級レストランやカラオケルームまで揃うという贅沢仕様。まさに「住むリゾート」という表現がぴったり。
塩電解プールやスポーツ施設も完備され、都心でありながら自然と調和しつつ、すべてが完結する“未来型生活空間”を体感することができました🌿

◆Day 2 –⑦ – A Floating City of Luxury: The Privé Scale Model Tour
Next, we stepped into the dedicated model room of The Privé—a luxurious residential project now under development in Ho Chi Minh City’s emerging eastern district. It truly felt like a “five-star resort you can live in.” 🌴✨
Gathered around a strikingly detailed 3D diorama, we were once again guided by Ms. Han, whose clear and heartfelt explanations added depth to the experience. Rising from a rare site surrounded on three sides by river, the sleek high-rise towers are said to create a magical nighttime skyline when lit up—like a modern-day “City on the Water.”
One thing that really stood out was the vertical layout of amenities! From the Central Park, shophouses, kindergartens, and infinity pools on the lower levels to the sky gardens, 3D golf simulator, and rooftop lounges on the upper floors, every lifestyle need is met with elegance. There is even a saltwater pool, full sports facilities, private cinema, and fine dining featuring Vietnamese, French, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the development is designed to harmonize with nature, offering residents a complete “future-ready lifestyle” within a single community 🌿 Its prime location—with quick access to the upcoming Long Thanh Airport and major highways—makes it a highly attractive investment opportunity as well.
