Bahay Kubo is a non-profit Filipino-Japanese group in Akita City,Japan. Our purpose is to bring the Filipino community closer to the local people.

Bahay Kubo is a non-profit group. We are just starting and have only very few members yet. Our purpose is to share the Filipino culture to the local citizens of Akita Prefecture. We are inviting interested people , Filipino or Japanese who are willing to learn the Filipino customs and traditions. We are planning to conduct Tagalog language lessons every now and then, cooking lessons and even folk

dance lessons. We are also looking forward to some of our Japanese members to share their knowledge of the Japanese language and way of life to our Filipino members.

バハイクーボの会は非営利の会です。まだ始まったばっかりなので、会員はまだ少ないです。この会の目当ては、フィリピンの文化を秋田県民に共有「シェア」する事です。これから、フィリピンの文化に興味がある方、国際交流にかかわりたい方に是非参加してほしいです。会員を募集します。タガログ語、フィリピンの料理、フィリピンフォークダンスの勉強会開く予定してます。それに日本人の会員さんから日本語と日本に生活する情報と知恵を学びたいです。
