皆さんこんにちは。こちら、カンボジア商業センター（CPCC）です。
2024/10/26、「五感で感じるカンボジア/カンボジアの料理と伝統衣装」のセミナーを開きました。
今回の料理は：
1 カンボジアの国民食「カレーソーメン」とピクルス
2 デザート：カボチャのココナッツミルクソース掛け、豆のおかゆ
でした。
料理の講師は在日カンボジア人の福田ロージさんと奥様のタッチソダヴィさん、衣裳の講師（在日カンボジアコミュニティー）八代まりなさんでした。
カレースープは鶏で出汁を取り、鶏肉や野菜を煮たところに、すり潰した多種のスパイスやココナッツミルクを入れて味を調えていきます。大変に手のかかる料理です。
胡瓜、白菜、ニンジンの千切りを器に敷いた上に、茹でたソーメンをのせ、その上に煮込んだカレースープをかけて食べます。とても美味しく、カンボジアの香りに包まれて、幸せな気分になりました。
その後、八代さんから衣装について学びました。カンボジアのシルクはアンコール王朝（9世紀）にまで遡ります。シルクの発展とともに伝統衣装も発展をしました。
着用には色々ときまりもあります。例えばお寺に行くとき、上半身は白の衣装を必ず着るそうです。それは身も心も整えるということだと感心しました。とても興味深いお話ですね！
男女それぞれの衣裳を展示していただき、生地の種類やそのデザインの説明を受けた後、本日の参加者の試着タイムです。
体の曲線を極力隠す和服とは対照的に、女性的な曲線を誇張するデザインです。試着した方がたも、とてもお似合いで、嬉しくなりました。
大いに盛り上がりました！！
Hello everyone. This is Cambodia Private Commercial Center (CPCC).
On October 26, we held a seminar on "Cambodian Cuisine and Traditional Costumes".
The dishes we served this time were:
1 Cambodia's national dish "Curry Noodle" and Pickles
2 Dessert: Pumpkin with coconut milk sauce & Bean porridge.
The curry soup is made with chicken, and the chicken and vegetables are boiled and various kinds of ground spices and coconut milk are added to taste. It is a very elaborate dish.
Cucumbers, Chinese cabbage, and shredded carrots were laid out in a bowl, boiled noodles were placed on top, and stewed curry soup was also poured on top. Surrounded by the scent of Cambodia, we ate very deliciously and so happy.
After a hearty meal, we learned about costumes. Cambodian silk dates back to the Angkor dynasty (9th century). With the development of silk, traditional costumes also developed. There are also rules on how to wear it. For instance when Cambodians go to temples, they wear white costumes on their upper bodies. It means that they prepare their bodies and minds. It was a very interesting story.
Several costumes for men and women were exhibited and explained. After understanding the texture of the fabric and its design, we set up a time for guests to try it. It’s a design that exaggerates feminine curves. The guests who tried it on also looked so good, and it was a lot of fun!
