استدراج عروض لبرنامج التدريب أثناء العمل والشراكات الوظيفية
جمعية منظمة كير العالمية

ندعو المؤسسات والمصانع المحلية للتقديم والاستفادة من برنامج التدريب بهدف التشغيل، والذي نقدمه بشراكة مع المؤسسة او المصنع الذي سيتم اختياره كما هو موضح في الشروط المرجعية للنشاط.

الهدف ونطاق العمل:
يهدف هذا النشاط إلى توفير تدريب أثناء العمل وفرص توظيف لـ 45 شاباً وشابة (تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 – 35)، على أن يكون 50% منهم من اللاجئين، و30% من الإناث. علما بأن المزود يمكن أن يكتفي بعدد أقل من 45 حسب القدرة و الحاجة.

على المزود / المزودين:
• تنفيذ برنامج تدريب عملي ومهني وشخصي لمدة شهرين بإشراف مدربين ذوي خبرة.
• ضمان أن التدريب يلبي متطلبات سوق العمل واحتياجات القطاع الخاص.
• الالتزام بشروط العمل اللائق وقانون العمل الأردني، ومعايير الحماية من الاستغلال والانتهاك.
• تقديم عقد توظيف لمدة سنة إما بعد أو خلال فترة التدريب، حسب القوانين المعمول بها.
• توفير بيئة عمل آمنة وأخلاقية، تلتزم بسياسات كير للحماية ومنع التحرش والاستغلال.
• تقديم فرص تدريب وتوظيف في قطاعات متعددة: التعبئة والتغليف، صيانة الآلات، الهندسة الميكانيكية، التسويق، التشغيل، الخدمات الغذائية، إلخ.

شروط التقدم للعطاء:
• أن تكون الشركة مسجلة قانونياً في الأردن.
• خبرة في تقديم التدريب الفني والتشغيل في القطاعات ذات الصلة.
• القدرة على تنفيذ البرنامج في: عمّان أو إربد أو الزرقاء أو المفرق.
• الالتزام بشروط العمل اللائق وعقود العمل القانونية.
• الاستعداد لتوفير تدريب منظم بمخرجات تعلم واضحة.

CARE Jordan is pleased to share the final report for Phase One of the 2025 Annual Needs Assessment (ANA). Conducted in February 2025, this phase provides critical insights into the return intentions of Syrian refugees and the urgent needs of those remaining in Jordan.

The findings directly inform CARE Jordan’s programming for the 2025–2026 period, shaping interventions for returnees such as pre-departure support, skills training, and protection services, as well as livelihoods, protection, and advocacy efforts for those choosing to stay, with a particular focus on women and girls. The report also presents actionable recommendations to guide program planning, funding priorities, and coordinated advocacy across the humanitarian and development sectors.

“The Arab Women Organization of Jordan, in partnership with CARE Jordan and through the project "Enhancing Resilience for Syrian Refugees and Local Communities in Jordan," supported by the Austrian Development Agency, conducted training workshops for men in Irbid Governorate. The aim was to empower participants in areas related to equality faced by women and girls and the promotion of healthy lifestyles, followed by the implementation of community initiatives that contribute to sustainable, positive change.

As Azraq refugee camp, in Jordan’s northeastern desert, enters its 12th year, a group of aid agencies urge donors to stay the course in supporting the camp and ensure that, as humanitarian aid declines, the camp is prioritised in funding decisions to avoid falling into a humanitarian crisis.

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), CARE Jordan, Plan International, and Action Contre la Faim (ACF) urge the international community to support Jordan to maintain conditions that allow refugees to make free and informed decisions about their future.

تعمل كير الأردن بالشراكة مع جمعية النساء العربيات في الأردن على تعزيز الوعي بمنهجية تحليل العمل الاجتماعي، والتي تُمكّن المجتمعات من تقييم وتنفيذ مبادراتها الخاصة بناءً على احتياجاتها.

يركّز هذا النهج بشكل خاص على تمكين النساء والفتيات، مع إشراك الرجال والفتيان عند الحاجة، بهدف تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين.
يأتي هذا العمل ضمن مشروع نيكسوس، الممول من الوكالة النمساوية للتنمية.

CARE and its partner, Arab Women Organization of Jordan, are working to promote and raise awareness about the Social Action Analysis methodology. This approach empowers communities to assess and implement their own initiatives based on their specific needs, with a strong focus on women and girl's empowerment while engaging men & boys where appropriate. Together, we aim to strengthen community-driven actions and gender equity under "promoting resilience of refugees and vulnerable host communities in Jordan, phase II – PRO-JORDAN II" project, funded by Austrian Development Agency.

‎في إطار جهودنا المستمرة لدعم رفاه الأطفال وتعزيز الروابط الأسرية، نظمت كير الأردن عرضًا سحريًا مليئًا بالبهجة للأطفال والعائلات في القرى المفتوحه والقرية الخامسة في المخيم. تخلّل النشاط عروض سحرية مميزة، وضحكات بريئة، ولحظات مميزة جمعت الأطفال مع أسرهم.

As part of our ongoing efforts to support children’s well-being and bring families together, CARE turned up the magic this week in Azraq Camp! Families joined us for a celebration filled with wonder and joy. From jaw-dropping magic tricks to bursts of laughter, the event was packed with unforgettable moments shared by kids and their loved ones.

تبحث منظمة كير الأردن، بدعم من الحكومة الألمانية والحكومة النمساوية، عن شباب وفتيان متحمسين ومخلصين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 16 و24 عامًا للانضمام إلى لجنة المجتمع لدينا. ستلعب هذه اللجنة دورًا حيويًا في تشكيل البرامج، وحضور التدريبات، وتنفيذ المبادرات المفيدة التي تؤثر على الشباب والفتيان في مجتمعنا.

يرجى من المتوفر لديه الشروط التالية التقديم:

- 1 التسجيل متاح للشباب والفتيان الذكور فقط..
- 2 أن يكون العمر بين 16 و24 عامًا
- 3 أن يكون لديه القدرة على حضور الاجتماعات والتدريبات بشكل مستمر طوال فترة المشروع.
4 - ان يكون قادرًا على حضور الاجتماعات الوجاهية والتواصل عبر الإنترنت.
الإيمان بأهمية تمكين الشباب ودعم قضايا المساواة بين الجنسين.
- فهم عميق للقضايا المحلية والاحتياجات المحددة للمجتمع.
7 -القدرة على تقييم احتياجات المجتمع المحلي واقتراح أفكار لتنفيذها.
