برنامج المساحات الآمنة
يسعى هذا البرنامج الى إيجاد مساحات آمنة للشباب واليافعين تساهم بحمايتهم من مخاطر الإنحراف بكافة أشكاله وبناء قدراتهم وتنمية إبداعتهم ومواهبهم وتطوير مهاراتهم في مجال الحوار وطرح قضاياهم وتطوير قدراتهم القيادية من خلال العديد من البرامج والأنشطة.
وضِمن هذا البرنامج تم مؤخراً إفتتاح مساحة القنطرة للإبداع وهي مساحة توفّر للشباب فرصة لتطوير إبداعاتهم ومهاراتهم وممارسة مواهبهم ومناقشة القضايا التي تهمهم في بيئة آمنة مجهزة بأحدث الأدوات والمعدات كما تعتبر هذه المساحة حاضة للمتطوعين ومبادراتهم.
برنامج التمكين الاقتصادي
بهدف نشر المعرفة، وبناء قدرات الشباب في المجالات التي يحتاجها سوق العمل، جاء اطلاق هذا البرنامج، الذي يقدم برامج تعليم اللغة الانجليزية وريادة الاعمال والدبلومات الفنية والتقنية.
برنامج المجالس الشبابية
جاء هذا البرنامج من أجلِ تعزيز مشاركة الشباب والشابات في عملية الإدارة المحلية، وأن يكون لهم دورهم في عملية صنع القرار على مستوى محافظاتهم.
ويتم ذلك من خلال عدد من المشاريع كالمجالس البلدية الشبابية، ومجلس محافظة معان الشبابي والتي تعمل مع المجالس المنتخبة، في عمليات تحديد الإحتياجات المجتمعية من خلال إعداد تقرير إحتياجات لمناطقهم وتنفيذ مبادرات مجتمعية تخدم مجتمعاتهم والتواصل مع صناع القرار لإيصال إحتياجات الشباب واولوياتهم.
برنامج التطوع
يعنى هذا البرنامج بنشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي و تنظيم الجهود التطوعية للشباب والشابات من خلال حاضنة المتطوعين، حيث توفر حاضنة المتطوعين البيئة المناسبة لهم، وتسهم ببناء قدراتهم في مجال إدارة المبادرات المجتمعية، وتوفير الدعم الفني والمادي للمتطوعين ومبادراتهم خلال فترة تطوعهم. Al Qantara Center for Human Resources Development was established in 2012 as the first Non-Profit organization in Ma’an Governorate, and had officially registered in the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In 2017, Al Qantara was honored to be awarded the King Abdullah II ibn AlHussien Medal for distinguishing of the third degree in the Royal Hashemite Court. AlQantara was awarded for our role in developing the youth sector in Ma'an Governorate. OUR VISION:

OUR MISSION:
Al-Qantara Center for Human Resources Development is a non-profit organization that aims at supporting the effective participation of youth of both genders in the southern region of Jordan, in political, economic and social spheres. Through improving youth capacities, enhancing their confidence, and leadership abilities, combined with providing them with relevant skill sets. This method of change will enable youth to be more productive, creative, entrepreneurial and motivated to engage and lead positive changes

Safe spaces Program
This program aims to provide safe spaces for youth and adolescents to contribute in protecting them from the risks of all forms of deviation. This program also aims to build their capabilities, develop their creativity and talents, improve their dialogue skills, and leadership capabilities through various programs and activities. Recently, AlQantara space for creativity has been established as a part of this program. This is considered as an opportunity for youth in Ma’an to develop their skills and creativity, exercise their talents and discuss any issue of interest for them. This space is equipped with the latest equipment and tools, supervised by a youth professional staff which reflect our slogan for this space “From Youth to Youth”. Economic Empowerment Program
To disseminate knowledge and to build the capabilities of youth in the needed fields in the labor market, Al Qantara Center launched the Economic Empowerment Program which provides various training, and courses for young men and women. This program focuses on three main fields: English language skills, “My knowledge is My Future” initiative, and entrepreneurship. The Youth Councils Program
This program aims at enhancing the participation of young men and women in the local administration process where they can play their role as an important factor of change in the decision-making process at the governorate level. This will be achieved through several projects, such as the youth municipal councils and the Ma'an Governorate Youth Council, which will work with the elected councils to help in defining social needs and building the communication channels between the community and these councils. Volunteering Program
This program is concerned with promoting the concept of volunteering, and focuses on organizing volunteers' efforts of young men and women through the volunteers' unit. The volunteers' unit provides the volunteers of both genders with the appropriate environment, incubate youth initiatives, and provides technical and financial support to the volunteers during their volunteering time with us or implementing their own initiatives.
