Communication and Social Media Officer
Location: Amman (with possible travel to different governorates)
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans that reflect Rafeeq’s mission and activities.
- Manage Rafeeq’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including daily posting, engagement, and messaging.
- Create content (visual and written) that showcases Rafeeq’s programs, events, success stories, and impact in different areas of Jordan.
- Coordinate coverage of organizational events across various governorates, including photo and video documentation.
- Write press releases, newsletters, and reports that reflect ongoing activities and achievements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital communication efforts.
- Ensure all content reflects inclusive language and representation of people with disabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or communication roles.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in social media tools and content design platforms (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong photography and strong video editing skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different governorates to cover activities.
- Passion for disability rights, inclusion, and community empowerment.
