A proud moment for Jamaica Judo at the 20th Bolivarian Games in Ayacucho–Lima, Peru 🇯🇲🥋🇵🇪

Ricardo Dawkins (-66kg) and Christopher Johnson (-60kg) stepped onto the tatami and delivered spirited, determined performances, finishing 5th in their respective divisions. While it wasn’t the result they hoped for, both athletes truly embodied the spirit of judo, resilience, and Olympism, fighting with heart, courage, and pride.

We’re incredibly proud of their efforts and the way they represented Jamaica. The journey continues, and we look forward to seeing them back on the tatami very soon.

🥈🇯🇲 Big congratulations to Lauren Semple () on her 2nd place finish at the Port Louis Open in Mauritius! Competing in the -63kg category, Lauren made a strong return to the mat and carried the 🇯🇲 flag proudly as the only Jamaican judoka in the competition.

Special shoutout to her father and coach, Ed Semple () for being in her corner every step of the way 👏.

This is just the start — more to come! 💪✨

Today we had the honour to welcome a few Legends such as .kizuna , and other delegates at our dojo. Due to the visit being during school time, we had limited students who could join this remarkable opportunity.
