The Partnership for the Promotion of Patients’ Rights in Maternal, Neonatal & Infant Health is a programme funded by the European Union designed to improve the health -and reduce the deaths- of mothers and children in Jamaica. The Partnership for the Promotion of Patients' Rights in Maternal, Neonatal and Infant Health in Jamaica project forms a part of the island's Programme for the Reduction of

Maternal and Child Mortality. Funded by the European Union, it is implemented jointly by the University of the West Indies' Department of Community Health and Psychiatry & the Women's Resource and Outreach Centre.
