As Membership Chairman, I’ve launched a new initiative to visit our members at their place of business—and today’s first stop was Mr. And Mrs. Lawrence at 9 Shelly-Ann Fraser Drive in Kingston “Howie’s Grocery & Leleeta Ice Cream Shop”

It was a blast getting a firsthand look at their operations, hearing about their successes, and talking through the challenges they’re navigating. This is what building a stronger small business community is all about.

Thanks for the warm welcome! More visits to come. 👋🚐

This morning, we had a highly productive meeting with the CEO of the Trade Board and his team. 🇯🇲

Our discussion focused on critical solutions to boost exports and build economic resilience for small businesses across Jamaica.

We left the room aligned on some concrete next steps that will not only propel the sector forward but also bring valuable foreign currency back to our island. 🇯🇲💰

The future of Jamaican exports is bright. Let’s get to work.
