A Partnership Rooted in Purpose

We’re proud to share the continued impact of a powerful partnership between and Warriors Unite Ja — a collaboration that has quietly but consistently transformed care, comfort, and community for persons living with sickle cell disease in Jamaica.

Most recently, the partnership alongside the Ministry of Health and Wellness facilitated the installation of a Wellness Bench at the , a first-of-its-kind initiative fully funded by foundations. The installation was officially recognized by , State Minister in the Ministry of Health and Wellness, who described the bench as both timely and symbolic, a representation of peace, wellness, and the importance of partnerships in public healthcare.

This is what happens when purpose meets collaboration. ♥️

After Hurricane Melissa, many Jamaicans living with Sickle Cell Disease have lost homes, power, food, and access to vital medication. Hospitals in some of the hardest-hit areas are unable to take new patients — leaving our community in crisis.

We’re launching the Hurricane Melissa Sickle Cell Relief Drive to bring care, comfort, and hope to those affected.

From clinics to labs, from advocacy to emergency rooms — YOU are the reason we can talk about progress. 🙏🏽 Research happens because of your persistence. Lives are saved because of your presence. Our community thrives because of your 𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀.

You do the hard work — often without thanks, applause, or grace — and still, you show up. Every. Single. Day.

Final Stop: Mandeville — and what a beautiful way to close out our Easter Treat tour! This was our very first time at the Mandeville Regional Hospital, and the reception was more than we could’ve asked for. We gifted and fellowshipped with about 40 warriors, most of them bright, brave children whose smiles lit up the entire day.

Mandeville showed us that community is alive and well here — and it’s safe to say we’re adding you to our regular stops! Thank you for the warmth, the love, and the memories. Until next time!

Three hearts. Three visions. One divine mission. 💪🏾♥️

What are the odds that three women—each carrying the weight and wonder of sickle cell—would find each other and form something so sacred? But divine things don’t rely on odds.

Together, we are founding three charities rooted in one purpose: to educate, advocate, and uplift those navigating the journey of sickle cell disease.

And though our sister Shakira now walks with the angels, her light still leads the way. We feel her, hear her, and move with her. How could we not, when her incredible mom carries her fire so beautifully?

Here’s to sisterhood born of blood and built in purpose. 🥂
Here’s to impact. 🙌🏾
Here’s to LEGACY.

Stop 3: Montego Bay — and what a vibrant day it was! Held at the SDA Conference Centre, our Easter Treat welcomed over 100 warriors for a day filled with laughter, learning, and love. We had meaningful conversations, a fun-filled scavenger hunt, indoor games, and moments of true connection with our growing community.

To witness so many warriors—each with their own story, their own strength—in one space was powerful beyond words. MoBay, thank you for the energy, the openness, and the joy. This journey continues to remind us: we’re stronger together.
