We expect inefficiency from the public sector—it’s become systemic, chronic, and inexcusable.
But when the private sector mirrors that level of dysfunction, especially now, it becomes a national crisis.

Our people are carrying post-traumatic stress, mental anguish, and the burden of trying to rebuild after Hurricane Melissa. Yet we face endless lines, slow service, and repeated visits just to complete simple transactions.

Five trips to FLOW. Four hours in a bank. Lost productivity on top of hurricane losses. It is exhausting.

The private sector must rise to the moment:
✔ Increase staffing
✔ Improve service delivery
✔ Ease the frustration of an already wounded public

Jamaicans deserve better—especially now.
