Glengoffe Police Youth Club

Glengoffe Police Youth Club The Glengoffe Police Youth Club is a non-profit youth organization committed to the development and empowerment of the youth within the community of Glengoffe.

The GPYC meets every Sunday at the Glengoffe High School Auditorium at 5:30 pm. Our Club seeks to develop programmes in accordance with the true needs, interest and resources of the youths in the community that will support Law and Justice of Prevention of Crime and Delinquency. Programmes which will improve the relationship between the young people and the Police are readily promoted and carried

out. The Club also provide a means for training the youths in the field of Sports, Drama, Art &Craft, First Aid and Academics for life skills which in turn develops civic pride. This includes the mental, physical and spiritual capacities of members so that they may grow to full maturity as useful citizens of the Jamaican Society. We cooperate whenever possible with other organizations such as the SDC, CDCs, RADA and other Youth Clubs to foster all round development of the youths in the community. We also facilitate the interaction with other persons within the society and plan and implement fundraising programmes to maintain the life and growth of the club and the community at large.
