We are delighted to announce that Citizens Advice Jersey has been recognised at the Jersey's Best Workplace Spotlight Awards, receiving the award for Inclusivity.
Jersey's Best Workplace is a prestigious annual award that celebrates organisations whose employees recognise them as outstanding places to work, highlighting excellence in employee satisfaction, engagement and wellbeing.
This award is especially meaningful to us because inclusivity sits at the heart of everything we do. Our values of being independent, confidential, impartial and equal guide not only the support we provide to our community, but also the culture we strive to create for our team.
We believe that everyone should feel respected, valued, and able to bring their whole selves to work. To have our commitment recognised through the experiences of our staff makes this achievement particularly special.
