Today is my 4-year-old’s birthday.
It felt like the perfect day to launch something I’m building for her - for all of them.
I disappeared from Neon Pink in November because I was burned out. Completely.
Events, podcast, merch, social media - I was doing too much while working full-time and raising three kids.
My 8-year-old was so proud of me. She told her friends. She wore the Neon Pink shirt to school. And here I was, stopping.
That broke my heart. But by December, I realized: I don’t need to quit. I need to start over. Smarter. Simpler. Sustainable.
HERE’S WHAT’S NEXT:
Starting today, I’m writing weekly essays on Substack about raising daughters who don’t spend decades hating themselves like I did.
Every Monday, you’ll get:
→ Real stories (body image, people-pleasing, insecurity - all of it)
→ Research and what experts say
→ What we can do differently with our daughters
→ Real tools you can actually use
Mom-to-mom conversations. Not just Instagram captions. The full story.
First essay is live today: “I Stopped (And Here’s Why)”
If you’re raising daughters and trying to figure this out - join me.
