From heritage to horizon, this year’s ASEAN Youth Summit Italy brought together passionate young leaders, innovators, and changemakers to celebrate cultural diversity and strengthen ASEAN–Italy relations. 💫

Hosted at LUMSA University in Rome, the summit was filled with inspiring keynote speeches, insightful discussions, and collaborative workshops — all centered around the theme “Youth as Cultural Bridges in ASEAN–Italy Relations.”

Throughout the event, delegates shared ideas, exchanged perspectives, and explored how youth can play a vital role in shaping diplomacy, sustainability, and cross-cultural understanding. The energy, creativity, and optimism of everyone present made this summit truly unforgettable! 🌿🤝

A heartfelt thank you to and all our participants, speakers, partners, and organizers who made AYSI 2025 such a success. Your voices, stories, and passion continue to remind us that when youth come together, borders fade and bridges grow stronger. ❤️

On October 25, 2025, AYO Italy held an ASEAN Youth Summit at LUMSA University, Rome, with the theme of "From Heritage to Horizon: Youth as Cultural Bridges in ASEAN-Italy Relations.

We are grateful for the opportunities to hear and see Prof. Pietro Massina, Prof. Paolo Serpi, Prof. Raffaela Merlini, Director Robi Kate, and our moderator, Mr. Lorenzo Corazza from in our panel discussion. This event was a moment of cultural exchange, diplomacy, and solidarity - a reminder of the strong ties that connect ASEAN nations and the global community.
Furthermore, the biggest thanks to our Youth Member Speakers for the Youth Roundtable, it was inspiring to witness this milestone and to reaffirm our commitment to fostering dialogue, understanding and colaboration across cultures.
